Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform labor-intensive restoration services at residential properties on a 24-hour basis
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
  • Manage a high volume of customer calls and concurrent projects efficiently
  • Provide clear and precise scoping of services, testing, and job estimates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration process
  • Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and the safe handling of hazardous materials

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter with a robust work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Capable of performing physically demanding demolition and restoration tasks independently in a high-paced environment
  • Willing to work in a fast-moving atmosphere with the potential for extended hours
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services is preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
