Key Responsibilities:
- Perform labor-intensive restoration services at residential properties on a 24-hour basis
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
- Manage a high volume of customer calls and concurrent projects efficiently
- Provide clear and precise scoping of services, testing, and job estimates
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration process
- Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and the safe handling of hazardous materials
Qualifications:
- Must be a self-starter with a robust work ethic and a positive attitude
- Capable of performing physically demanding demolition and restoration tasks independently in a high-paced environment
- Willing to work in a fast-moving atmosphere with the potential for extended hours
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services is preferred
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
