As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging and interacting with customers, upholding the guiding principles of customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, and you may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Modeling exemplary customer service practices with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting a positive store culture founded on honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Effectively processing customer purchases and returns, ensuring accurate handling of payments per established procedures.
  • Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
  • Upholding merchandising standards and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Preparing and processing merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company standards.
  • Participating in ongoing store recovery throughout the day.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization on the sales floor while contributing to the overall upkeep of the store.
  • Providing and receiving recognition and constructive feedback as part of a collaborative environment.
  • Complying with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Engaging in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Contributing to safety awareness and maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
