Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing light cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in various establishments, such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive detail and responsiveness.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Clean and shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers.
• Dispose of waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as necessary.
• Organize furniture and amenities according to established layouts.
• Address guest inquiries and requests.
• Respond to housekeeping-related issues, including spills and damages.
• Foster teamwork and professionalism in interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
