Job Summary: The F&B Bartender plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to all guests at the bar, dining, or deli areas. This position entails crafting and serving a variety of beverages and food items while ensuring a welcoming and upbeat environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
– Conduct oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times.
– Greet and welcome guests warmly, making eye contact and inviting them to return.
– Provide prompt service to guests, delivering both food and beverages.
– Anticipate and respond to the needs and preferences of our guests.
– Utilize product knowledge to effectively upsell and recommend menu items.
– Prepare and dispense drinks accurately, adhering to proper recipes and portion sizes.
– Operate the liquor dispensing system and utilize measuring devices as required.
– Manage cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate ring-ups and providing correct change. Maintain accountability for all cash, charge, and hosted sales in accordance with financial controls.
– Conduct cash register counts with precision at the end of shifts.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Monitor and manage guest interactions respectfully, addressing any complaints in collaboration with management.
– Oversee guest consumption in accordance with TIPS training guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
– A minimum of one (1) year of bartending or service industry experience is required.
