Job Title: MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Company: Apex Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center

Location: Avon, OH

Pay: $16 – 19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for a Medical Assistant in Avon, OH, is generally below the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $23 per hour depending on experience and specific duties. In Ohio, the median wage for Medical Assistants is around $16.50 to $19.50, suggesting that this pay range is at the lower end of the spectrum, particularly for Medical Assistants with more experience or specialized skills. Factors such as cost of living in Avon and local demand for healthcare workers could affect competitiveness; however, given the current market trends and wages in similar regions, this pay scale may not adequately attract skilled candidates.
