Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Perform all front desk related activities, which include:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking members in, facilitating new member sign-ups, and guiding prospective members on tours.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferred background in customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with both members and colleagues, exceeding expectations.
