As a qualified CDL-A driver, you will be eligible for a $12,000 retention bonus, underscoring our commitment to your success and stability. The compensation for this role is set at $25.55 per hour, with the potential for variation based on relevant experience, education, specific skills, and geographic location.

Schedule:
- Approximately 85% of driver routes allow for daily home time.
- A typical work schedule consists of four 12-hour shifts.
- Saturday deliveries are often required.
- Coverage for driver vacations may include some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Methodically unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
- Manage customer collections and payments when applicable.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly throughout each shift.
- Comfort driving and working in adverse weather conditions with frequent stops (more than 10 per shift).
Qualifications:
- Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid CDL Class A issued by your state of legal residence, along with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, is required.
- Minimum six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery sector is required.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be required in specific locations.
- Must possess the ability to read and communicate effectively in English, ensuring comprehension of highway traffic signs and signals, and capability to respond to official inquiries.
