Our Excess & Surplus department is searching for a production support team member to assist our underwriting team in resolving errors and verifying the accuracy of policy financial calculations.
Starting Pay: The salary range for this role is $17.00 – $18.00 per hour, commensurate with the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on both company and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with IT teams to resolve defects in our policy administration system.
– Work alongside the underwriting team to address any issues in our systems.
– Review financials for issued policies to ensure the accuracy of tax and fee calculations.
– Provide timely customer service to internal teams.
– Perform additional clerical tasks as necessary to support the team.
– Oversee and track all defects throughout the resolution process.
