Job description:
We are currently seeking to fill both full-time and part-time Food Service Worker positions immediately. The role is based at Upper Valley Medical Center, located at 3130 North Country Road 25A, Troy, OH 45373. Please note that only online applications will be accepted.

As a Food Service Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

– Preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.
– Performing preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
– Weighing and measuring ingredients according to established recipes.
– Transporting food pans, kettles, and trays to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators while adhering to safety standards.
– Properly storing food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
– Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
– Distributing supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
– Following approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
– Delivering efficient and friendly service to customers, adhering to defined service protocols.
– Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, while communicating relevant information to supervisors.
– Ensuring compliance with company service standards, as well as inventory and cash control procedures.
– Adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations.
– Performing additional duties as assigned.
