Key Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant holds a pivotal role in delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and providing the highest level of customer service to encourage long-lasting business relationships. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers and offering assistance as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed about the latest product information to uphold a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
  • Providing customers with detailed specifications (including performance, safety, and benefits) for all vehicles.
  • Demonstrating vehicle features professionally and effectively.
  • Utilizing dealership systems for thorough pre- and post-sale follow-ups to build and maintain a client database.
  • Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting with showroom preparation to ensure an attractive selection of vehicles and maintaining a presentable environment for customers.
