Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing personal care, including assistance with dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Offering and/or assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, meal preparation, vacuuming, and bed making
  • Ensuring companionship for clients

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A clean criminal background check is mandatory
  • Reliable transportation, whether by car or public transport
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
  • Three references required at the time of application (two professional and one personal)
  • Successful completion of pre-service Home Care Aide training
  • Characteristics of reliability, courtesy, honesty, energy, and compassion are essential
