Job Title: Packaging Technician – Hersey, MI

Company: Cargill

Location: Hersey, MI

Pay: $20.27 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20.27 for a Packaging Technician in Hersey, MI, appears to be slightly below the average pay for similar roles in the region, which typically ranges from $22 to $25 per hour depending on experience and specific industry practices. Factors such as the cost of living in Hersey, the specific company pay structure, and potential benefits can also influence competitiveness. While this rate may attract preliminary applicants, it may not be sufficient to retain skilled workers in a competitive job market, especially considering rising wage expectations and inflationary pressures. Overall, for optimal retention and recruitment, adjustments to the pay scale or additional incentives may be necessary to align with industry standards.
