This role entails delivering an exceptional customer experience through active engagement and interaction with customers, embodying the principles and philosophy of customer experience, and ensuring a clean and orderly store environment. The position requires adherence to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, with an opportunity for cross-training in multiple areas of the store to meet business needs.

– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, engaging both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, including providing change according to established operating procedures.
– Actively promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Maintain adherence to the company’s merchandising philosophy and follow all established merchandising procedures and standards.
– Accurately prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Initiate and participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
– Uphold organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and welcome constructive feedback and recognition.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
– Participate in safety training and help maintain a safe environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
