We are currently seeking fun-loving and energetic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team.

As a part-time Guest Experience Host for Team Merlin, you will play a crucial role in crafting lifelong memories for our guests at our attractions. Our Hosts engage in a variety of essential positions, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail, Birthday Parties, Costume Characters, and Special Events. You will uphold the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a magical, fun, and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
– Embrace a spirited, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service, embodying the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
– Actively seek guest interaction, showcasing enthusiasm and an abundance of fun energy.
– Manage extended lines safely while still ensuring an enjoyable guest experience.
– Maintain well-stocked displays and points of sale in public areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
– Adhere to opening and closing procedures as outlined in the departmental operating plan.
– Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Security regulations within the workplace, including all COVID-19 policies and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

About You
– 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles is preferred.
– An engaging, dynamic, and approachable personality.
– Strong communication, listening, and motivational skills.
– Ability to work in environments with high noise levels and in confined spaces.
– Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
