Opportunity for Career Growth
You will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, with a particular emphasis on floor care. Responsibilities encompass the operation of scrubbers and buffers, as well as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. You will be expected to adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards while being cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

  • Maintain comprehensive floor care cleanliness standards, including the upkeep and operation of scrubbers and buffers.
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness across the store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
  • Comply with all company health and safety policies, which entails refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
  • Be cross-trained in multiple store areas, including the Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor.
  • Responsively address all Front End coverage requirements.
  • Uphold merchandising philosophies and signage standards consistently.
  • Initiate and engage in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
  • Strictly follow operational and loss prevention protocols as per company guidelines, focusing on shrink reduction.
  • Communicate effectively and accurately with management and Associates.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including those regarding Associate meal and break periods.
  • Engage in safety practices to promote a secure working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

This position offers a competitive starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
