The compensation for this position is $25.55 per hour, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, a strong safety culture, excellent leadership, and much more.

Schedule:

  • 85% of driver routes allow for daily home return.
  • Typical work schedule is 4×12.
  • Saturday deliveries may be required.
  • Vacation coverage for drivers may involve night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers within scheduled timeframes.
  • Carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas.
  • Verify order accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Handle collections and payments from customers as applicable.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client experience.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product throughout each shift.
  • Comfort in driving and working in adverse weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, along with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, is mandatory.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry OR a minimum of three months in food and/or beverage delivery is required.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be necessary for certain locations.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English is required for safety and operational purposes.
