What You Will Do:

As a crucial part of our team, you will ensure our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” is a delightful experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Kickback event by managing food preparation and cleanup.
  • Maintaining the kitchen and lobby areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Upholding a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality that reflects the Drury culture.
  • Responding to guest inquiries with your knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events.
