As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by engaging with all customers, exemplifying our customer service principles, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may also be cross-trained across multiple store areas to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately execute customer purchases and returns, ensuring timely and correct change is provided according to established procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty program participation.
– Maintain and execute merchandising standards and procedures.
– Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company protocols.
– Engage in store recovery activities throughout the day as necessary.
– Uphold organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor while assisting in overall store maintenance.
– Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives.
– Participate in maintaining a safe work environment.
– Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
– Strong customer service skills.
– Flexibility to work varied shifts to meet business demands.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
