WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients’ needs
– Administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
– Conducting routine laboratory tests and providing therapeutic services
– Educating patients and their families about recommended treatment plans, post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking appropriate action when necessary
If you possess the following qualifications, we would be delighted to speak with you:
– BLS Provider Certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
– Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice
– High school diploma or GED
