Job description:

We are currently seeking to fill full-time Housekeeper positions with immediate hiring. The operational base for this role is the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, located at 3188 Bellevue Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219. Job Summary:
This role involves performing light cleaning duties to ensure establishments, including hospitals, restaurants, and hotels, are maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Key responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service by providing attentive, personalized care.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish various floor types.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
• Sanitize wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Change linens and make beds as necessary.
• Arrange furniture and amenities according to prescribed layouts.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Address housekeeping challenges, such as spills and broken items.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
