Job Summary
This full-time position requires working one weekend day. Shifts are from 12 PM to 8 PM (weekend), 2 PM to 10 PM, and/or 3 PM to 11 PM (weekdays).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk-related activities, including:
– Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting club tours for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as needed.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring safety protocols and cleanliness within the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly returning lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
