Job description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to enhance our team at The Pub at Schoenbrunn Inn. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for mixology, exemplary customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires availability every other weekend (Friday/Saturday), with the possibility of additional shifts during the week as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beers, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
  • Oversee bar inventory management, including restocking supplies and communicating any needs to management.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, as well as opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a bartender.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mixology, including both classic and contemporary cocktails.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and additional weekdays as necessary.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
