Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Offer support with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, meal preparation, vacuuming, and bed making
  • Deliver companionship to clients

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • A clean criminal background check is required
  • Reliable transportation, either by car or public transit
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States
  • Three references (two from professional sources and one personal) are required at the time of application
  • Successful completion of pre-service Home Care Aide training
  • A reliable, courteous, honest, energetic, and compassionate attitude is essential
