Accurately fulfill customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties are essential to the position; additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Provide exceptional customer service daily that surpasses standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Retrieve tires in accordance with customer orders and load them into delivery vehicles. Verify delivery accuracy and organize routing effectively. Complete and return necessary forms, ensuring that invoices, transfers, and other paperwork are handled accurately.

In the absence of pending deliveries, perform receiving duties such as unloading, pulling orders, and other warehouse responsibilities. Adhere to all safety regulations at all times and communicate relevant information to management promptly. Answer customer inquiries with politeness and professionalism, forwarding requests for additional information to management when required. Deliver customer orders swiftly and in a professional manner, making only the deliveries assigned. Make phone contact with management from the customer’s location as needed and depart promptly following delivery.

Consistently follow vehicle safety protocols, initializing cash invoices legibly, and complying with established cash handling procedures. Complete return documentation accurately and in a timely fashion; verify and finalize invoices with precision, recording all pertinent information. Execute transfers competently, conduct weekly vehicle inspections, and perform routine maintenance checks as necessary.

Notify management regarding any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs for company vehicles and conduct daily vehicle cleaning. Retrieve the correct tires to fulfill orders and ensure proper stocking practices are followed. Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles as required.

Contribute to facility maintenance, including housekeeping duties and overall upkeep. Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and exhibit a proactive attitude when engaging with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Efficiently follow both written and oral instructions, collaborate as part of a team under time constraints, and produce quality work with meticulous attention to detail. Qualifications
