AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide in Cleveland, OH, is somewhat below the regional industry standard. According to various salary databases and state labor statistics, the average hourly wage for similar roles in the area typically ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities.
