New Albany Country Club is currently seeking resumes for the position of server/bartender to join our esteemed Men’s Grill dining outlet. Located in the picturesque New Albany, Ohio, our club is a prestigious private establishment just five minutes from 270 and 161, and ten minutes from Easton.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus tips

- Maintain availability to assist members and guests across the Men’s Grill, Men’s Locker Room, and Halfway House.
- Ensure the proper setup of individual rooms and areas on a daily basis.
- Uphold high service standards consistently, as outlined in training sessions.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, complete checklists, and independently manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure that all areas are consistently prepared for member use.
- Efficiently process member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
- Familiarize yourself with members’ names and greet them appropriately to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist fellow team members in providing unique, personalized service.
- Possess detailed knowledge of all liquors, mixed drinks, beers, and wines available at the Club.
