Responsibilities include adhering to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, as well as potentially receiving cross-training to work in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is provided in accordance with established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain and execute the merchandising philosophy by adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor while following company procedures.
  • Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day as necessary.
  • Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Accept and provide recognition and constructive feedback as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
