Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic team members who can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. This position is based in West Chester at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The hourly pay range for this role is $10.53 – $14.74.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating their meal solutions.
    • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and weekly ad items to provide effective assistance across departments.
    • Cultivating a welcoming shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items while ensuring guests are attended to.
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to uniform standards.
