Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate, Specialty Pick Team – 2nd Shift
Company: Cardinal Health
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $22.4 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $22.40 for a Warehouse Associate in the Specialty Pick Team on the second shift in Columbus, OH, is generally competitive, though it may vary based on several factors such as company size, specific responsibilities, and employee experience. As of my last data in October 2023, similar positions in the area typically range from around $18 to $25 per hour, with some specialized roles potentially offering higher wages depending on the demand for skills. Given that this role might require specific skills or a higher level of responsibility associated with the specialty pick operations, the offered rate appears to align well with industry standards in Columbus, making it an attractive option in the current labor market.
