WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to contribute to patient assessments.
– Administering medications while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
– Performing routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
– Educating patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective measures to ensure resident safety.

If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to speak with you:

– BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of your hire date or job transfer date.
– Current licensing as a Practical/Vocational Nurse prior to your hire date or job transfer date.
– High school diploma or GED.
