Position Overview

Responsibilities
– Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as necessary.
– Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims submissions, and billing queries.
– Employ a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance solutions.
– Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
