About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can effectively work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End Operations. This position is based in West Chester, with the store located at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The pay range for this role is between $10.53 – $14.74 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional guest service by:
– Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
– Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and weekly promotions, collaborating across departments to better serve guests
– Creating a welcoming shopping environment through effective merchandising and stocking of products and specialty items, while ensuring guests receive assistance
– Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and fulfilling general housekeeping duties throughout the store
– Presenting yourself professionally, adhering to uniform standards
