Job description:
We are seeking to enhance our award-winning team with a Hotel Night Auditor for the hours of 11 PM to 7 AM.

About the Hotel: The Comfort Suites, located at 1081 Lydia Drive, Marysville, Ohio.

Job Description: The Night Auditor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all hotel guests. Key responsibilities include managing the check-in and check-out processes, balancing cash transactions, reconciling credit card payments, handling phone inquiries, and attending to guest needs promptly and efficiently.

Essential Job Functions:
– Adhere to the required uniform policy, including a name tag and earpiece.
– Warmly greet all guests and provide comprehensive information regarding hotel policies, services, and amenities.
– Address guest requests, sell rooms to walk-in customers, enter or modify reservations in the system, and post charges to guest accounts.
– Process payments and make necessary adjustments to guest accounts.
– Communicate with housekeeping regarding any room changes.
– Actively listen to and respond to guest feedback and concerns.
– Manage incoming phone calls, including transferring calls as needed.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and surrounding spaces.
– Complete designated checklists, maintain daily logs, and balance the cash drawer.
– Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Additional Responsibilities:
– Demonstrate a positive attitude conducive to team growth, hospitality, and a service-oriented environment.
– Complete necessary hospitality training and expand knowledge of the hospitality industry.
– Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or general manager.
– Familiarity with Choice Advantage is preferred but not mandatory.
