Job description:

We are looking for an accomplished and results-oriented Project Manager & Analytics Specialist IV to become a vital part of our Human Resources team. In this significant role, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage multifaceted projects from inception through to execution, and leverage advanced data analytics to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Examples of Duties:

  • Assist stakeholders in understanding generated reports and operational interfaces, providing guidance to improve functionality.
  • Support the implementation of divisional goals, initiatives, and strategic plans.

  • Uphold HR Data Management best practices and quality standards, overseeing advanced HR Data Management activities (such as acquisitions and reorganizations).
  • Track and report project milestones and status updates to project sponsors.
  • Collaborate with the Operations General Manager to manage change control and maintain consistency across the Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, data analytics, project management, business administration, organizational development, or labor relations.

Experience:
A minimum of four to five years of extensive human resources experience, encompassing areas such as compensation, recruitment, benefits, labor relations, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development.

Preferred Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a capability to present data-driven insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are a plus.

Equivalency:
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities will be assessed on an individual basis.
