Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator – Columbus, OH
Company: The Joint Chiropractic
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a Front Desk Coordinator in Columbus, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the salary spectrum for this role. According to various salary surveys and job platforms, the average hourly wage for front desk coordinators typically ranges from $18 to $25, depending on factors such as experience, specific industry, and company size. In Columbus, the cost of living is moderate, and while starting positions may offer lower wages, $16 may not be competitive for attracting skilled candidates, especially considering the responsibilities associated with front desk roles, such as customer service, administrative tasks, and potentially managing office technology and communications. Therefore, this rate might limit the pool of qualified applicants and could lead to higher turnover if employees seek better compensation elsewhere.
