Competitive Compensation: $16/hr + Commission
Availability: Must be willing to work at multiple clinic locations; 20-25 hours per week.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent service to members and patients.
  • The primary responsibility of the Wellness Coordinator is to secure memberships in order to meet sales targets.
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in for their chiropractor appointments.
  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Re-engaging inactive members and keeping abreast of membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Supporting team goals and fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the workspace.
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Keeping management informed of member concerns and adhering to policies and procedures.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Embracing constructive criticism as a tool for improvement.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
