As a Product Specialist, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your role will involve interacting with and consulting customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and providing the highest level of customer service to foster lasting business relationships.   • Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or Product Specialist lot.
  • Staying informed about the latest products to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
  • Offering customers detailed specifications pertaining to performance, safety, and vehicle benefits.
  • Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-ups to cultivate a client database.
  • Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, financing products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with Fox processes during vehicle deliveries.
  • Introducing customers to various aspects of the dealership.
  • Assisting in maintaining the showroom, ensuring a well-presented selection of vehicles for customers.
