Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse at Trilogy, you will:
- Cultivate a warm and welcoming environment for residents from admission through discharge.
- Serve as an advocate for residents at every stage of care, consistently striving to exceed their needs.
- Design personalized care plans tailored to each resident, utilizing your keen observations and expertise.
- React swiftly and calmly during emergencies to implement life-saving measures, with or without a physician present, ensuring the wellbeing of residents.
- Manage medication for residents and maintain precise records of all care provided.
Qualifications:
