Job Title: Line Cook

Company: Homestead

Location: Southfield, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Line Cook in Southfield, MI, is generally considered below the average for the role. Typically, line cooks in suburban areas of Michigan can expect to earn between $15 to $22 per hour, depending on their experience, the establishment, and additional factors like benefits and tips. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it might be less appealing for experienced cooks looking for fair compensation that matches their skills and the cost of living in the area. Overall, while $16 could attract some candidates, it may not align with industry standards for more seasoned professionals.
