We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals to join our team at the East Lansing Costco location. This is an exceptional opportunity to represent prestigious nutritional supplement brands, including Qunol and Zena, featuring products such as Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a Sales Representative, you will receive training to effectively promote sales while actively showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our acclaimed product line, which includes Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, Pure Colostrum Powder, CoQ10, Magnesium, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days available; Saturdays and Sundays typically yield the highest commission!

This part-time sales role is ideally suited for individuals looking to supplement their income.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $26 per hour, plus bonuses for exceeding sales quotas
  • W-2 employment status
  • Provision of a promotional kit and bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Average earnings for our brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers exceeding $500 daily

Bonus Structure: Conducting sales during our shifts, which start at 10:00 AM and end at 5:30 PM, provides additional opportunities to earn commissions based on daily sales of our products.

  • Sell 30 units of Super Greens to earn a commission of $90
  • Sell 20 units of Liquid Collagen to earn a commission of $60
  • Sell 5 units of Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) to earn a commission of $15

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with Costco members to promote the brands offered by our suppliers.
  • Present yourself and the company professionally while at Costco.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
  • Regularly check for scheduling updates and communication from your manager.
  • Maintain availability for scheduled paid compliance calls with the team or regional manager.
  • Lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds to and from your vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift, along with products and sales materials.
  • Stand for extended periods and work independently as the sole representative at your location.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in direct sales.
  • Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device usage.
