Job Description
Job Title: In Home Senior Caregiver
Company: Senior Helpers of Portage/Geauga
Location: Burton, OH
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for an “In Home Senior Caregiver” in Burton, OH is generally competitive but may vary based on several factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. According to industry standards, caregiver wages in Ohio typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on location and demand. Given that Burton is a smaller community, the offered wage aligns closely with the lower to mid-range of the typical pay scale seen in larger, urban areas, making it a fair compensation for this role in a rural setting. Overall, while it may not be the highest rate available, it falls within an acceptable range for caregiving positions in the area, especially considering the local cost of living and the specific demands of in-home senior care.
