Accurately meets customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis that exceeds standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Pulling tires based on customer orders and loading them into delivery vehicles.
• Ensuring the accuracy of deliveries and optimizing routing.
• Completing and returning all necessary forms and handling invoices, transfers, and other documentation correctly.
• Unloading deliveries, pulling orders, and performing various warehouse duties when no deliveries are pending.
• Observing and adhering to all safety regulations consistently.
• Communicating relevant information to management promptly.
• Responding to customer inquiries with politeness and professionalism, or referring complex questions to management as necessary.
• Delivering customer orders promptly and maintaining professionalism throughout the delivery process.
• Making only assigned deliveries and contacting management from customer locations as required.
• Leaving customer locations promptly after completing deliveries.
• Following vehicle safety procedures at all times, signing cash invoices legibly, and adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Accurately verifying and completing invoices, recording essential information, and conducting transfers as required.
• Conducting weekly vehicle inspections and performing routine maintenance checks as needed.
• Reporting any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs for company vehicles to management.
• Performing daily vehicle clean-up and maintaining an organized tire stock.
• Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles as needed.
• Contributing to facility maintenance, including housekeeping and upkeep responsibilities.

Qualifications:
To successfully perform this role, an individual must meet the following requirements:

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of two years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Language Skills:

• The ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words, as well as identify similarities and differences among words and numerical series. The individual should also be able to articulate simple sentences verbally and in writing.

Mathematical Skills:
