What We Seek:
When you join our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses in patient assessments
• Administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
• Performing routine laboratory tests and providing therapeutic services
• Educating patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
• Identifying safety hazards and responding appropriately to maintain resident safety

Qualifications:

• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Licensure as a Practical or Vocational Nurse prior to hire or transfer date
