Job description:
A manufacturing company is seeking a Graphic Services Coordinator responsible for transforming customer-supplied artwork into press-ready files for production. The primary duties include preparing and imposing proof files for brochures, fan decks, flat pieces, folding products, and booklets, as well as creating original artwork. The position requires working Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and Word, and possess prior experience in a multi-color offset printing environment. A solid understanding of prepress workflow software is essential, along with the ability to preflight and modify art files in accordance with company procedures. Candidates must thrive under tight deadlines, exhibit strong troubleshooting skills to prepare client files for print, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening. Experience with Fuji XMF is considered an advantage.
