SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this position is to fulfill customer needs by delivering automotive parts and tires accurately and in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Included are the following responsibilities; additional tasks may be assigned as necessary. Deliver exemplary customer service daily that surpasses standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedural guidelines. Process customer orders by pulling tires, loading them into delivery vehicles, and ensuring accuracy of deliveries. Effectively route deliveries and manage all associated paperwork, including completion and return of forms, invoices, and transfers.

In the absence of pending deliveries, assist with unloading, order preparation, and other warehouse responsibilities. Adhere to safety regulations consistently, relay relevant information to management promptly, and address customer inquiries with professionalism. Deliver orders promptly and maintain a businesslike demeanor. Complete deliveries as assigned and communicate with management as required.

Ensure timely departure from customer locations post-delivery and consistently follow vehicle safety protocols. Accurately initial all cash invoices and adhere to established cash handling procedures. Properly complete return forms and verify invoice accuracy, recording all pertinent information diligently. Conduct weekly vehicle inspections, carry out routine maintenance checks, and promptly report any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs for company vehicles. Perform daily vehicle clean-up and assist in the organization and stocking of tires.

Maintain facility cleanliness and fulfill housekeeping duties. Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all times. Efficiently follow both oral and written instructions, collaborate effectively within a team, and adhere to quality standards with attention to detail. Comply with company policies regarding attendance and punctuality, actively seek training opportunities for personal and professional growth, and report to work as scheduled within policy guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Capable of performing basic arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
