Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager – Cincinnati
Company: GroundSystems
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $50000 – 60000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate reflecting an annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000 for a Maintenance Operations Manager position in Cincinnati, OH, translates to approximately $24 to $29 per hour. This compensation may be considered below average compared to industry standards for similar roles in urban areas, where salaries typically range from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, company size, and industry specifics. In Cincinnati specifically, while living costs are generally lower than in larger metropolitan areas, the offered range still seems somewhat uncompetitive, particularly given the managerial responsibilities and necessary technical expertise associated with maintenance operations management. Potential candidates may seek more attractive offers elsewhere, especially considering current market trends and demand for skilled professionals in the field.
