As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you will perform all the essential tasks required in your role, including but not limited to:
– Advancing your career through our Apprenticeship Program
– Preparing, administering, and documenting all medications within your health campus
– Maintaining accurate resident records pertaining to medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
– Ensuring that all medications brought to the health campus by new residents are reviewed and cleared by the attending physician or facility pharmacy
– Cultivating a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe
– Adhering to health campus policies regarding medication disposal
We invite candidates who meet the following qualifications to connect with us:
– Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
– Experience as a QMA or CMA in long-term care or home care settings is preferred
– High School Diploma or equivalent
