Pay: $17.5 – 18.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.50 to $18.50 for a full-time barista position in Beavercreek, OH, is generally competitive and aligns well with industry standards. As of 2023, the median hourly wage for baristas in the United States typically ranges from $12 to $16, with variations depending on experience and location. The offered rate reflects not only a stronger compensation compared to the national average but also accounts for the cost of living in Ohio, making it an attractive option for potential employees. This wage level may also indicate an effort by employers to retain talent in a tight labor market, especially in customer service roles that are often subject to high turnover.
