Knueve and Sons is a family-owned business that has proudly served the Kalida, Paulding, and Findlay areas for 50 years. Our expertise lies in residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, plumbing services, bathroom remodels, and water treatment systems.

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator/Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic work environment and enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities. Key responsibilities will include assisting walk-in customers, handling incoming phone calls, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing billing and filing, supporting dispatch operations, and performing other office duties as assigned. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a five-week rotation that includes Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus spiffs and benefits.

Position Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for processing vendor invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments, assisting in the collections process, and addressing customer billing inquiries. This role involves handling customer calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed. Additionally, the Office Administrator will provide comprehensive office support to the organization using various computer and organizational skills, along with any accounting support requested by the Office Manager. All customer interactions should be conducted in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, both in person and over the phone, while also ensuring a professional greeting for all visitors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an energetic disposition

  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including some Saturday mornings
