Responsibilities:

As an Orkin Pro, you will be dedicated to delivering exemplary service on your designated route. Your training will cover all aspects of daily operations, including route management, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will have the opportunity to solve problems for our customers by understanding their unique needs and recommending effective solutions.

You will:

  • Complete our comprehensive training to acquire the skills necessary for customer service excellence.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
  • Adhere to a scheduled route and ensure punctuality at each client’s location.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain its cleanliness and that of your equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training to mold you into a Pro!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-funded).
  • Capacity to work independently in the field, managing your route and engaging with customers in their homes or businesses.

Work Environment:

Candidates must meet the physical requirements of the job and safely perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations, including:

  • Safely using a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
