Job Description
Job Title: Car Wash Shift Lead
Company: Conrad’s
Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $13 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for a “Car Wash Shift Lead” position in Mentor, OH, is somewhat competitive but appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles within the car wash and automotive service industry. While entry-level positions in car washing can start at minimum wage, shift lead roles typically command higher pay due to additional responsibilities, such as managing staff and overseeing operations. According to various salary data sources, the average wage for comparable positions in the region can range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience and location. Therefore, while the offered rate might attract some candidates seeking entry-level opportunities, it may not be sufficient to retain more experienced employees or attract those with management capabilities in the long term.
